These delicate flowers belong to an orchid - yes, it's one of our European orchids! ;)

It's a Dactylorhiza. Many of the species of this genus prefer more or less wet soils and grow in fen areas and swampland. It's possible to cultivate them in the garden (especially the vigorous hybrids) but it can be somewhat difficult. :)

From the very first time I saw this pic, I knew this is an orchid! what a beauty :D
